Testing #324359
- `+` a new session
- Choose a repo that has some local changes (in my case, some modifications to existing files and an entirely new file)
- `Toggle Side Panel` so that I can view the `Files` tab
- I can see the markers next to files in the `Files` tab indicating which ones have changes
- ❓ But based on this from the TPI, should I also see a `Changes` section? I only have `Files`: `Open the Agents window with a workspace/session that has some file changes, so the Changes view has content.`
