Copilot Code Review button missing

Type: Bug

I have pending changes listed in the source control panel, and when I hover over the 'CHANGES' section , the toolbar appears, but does not show the **'Copilot Code Review - Uncommitted Changes**' button described here:

My Business plan has the feature enabled, and **I can use the feature in Visual Studio 2026**, but for some reason it is not available in VSCode.

Extensions and VSCode appear to be up-to-date, signing out of GitHub and back in within VSCode doesnt seem to have an effect, nor does Developer: Reload Window.
