Steps to Reproduce:

In a Copilot Chat session, send a message that starts with a word or phrase (e.g., "Updated todo list") followed by pasted content.
Receive a response from Copilot.
Click the built-in Copy button on any subsequent Copilot response in the same session.
Paste the copied text.
Expected: Only the Copilot response text is copied.

Actual: The copied text includes an additional string ("Updated todo list") prepended or appended, originating from a previous user message in the same session.
