GitHub Copilot model selector doesn't indicate model context window size if unconfigurable in v1.126

Description
In v1.126 supposedly there is a unified model customization picker that allows you configure thinking effort and context window size in the same panel. But the corresponding simplified model hover does not show any indication of context window size.
Thus for models that don't allow customization, there is no longer any indication of context window size.
- Click the model selector.
- Hover over "Claude Haiku 4.5".
Expected: Some indication of the context window size of "Claude Haiku 4.5".
Actual: No indication of the context window size of "Claude Haiku 4.5".
I personally happen to remember the context window size of Claude Haiku 4.5, but I can't (or shouldn't need to) have all of them memorized.
This is especially important if I'm working with another more powerful model and I want to "drop down" to a lesser model; I need to know its context window size to know if it can support the current context!
