Agent Todos aren't showing as done

Type: Bug

As the agent works through it's Todos list the items are no longer being correctly checked off and the count is not updating. For example, after working through 4 Todos the count shows (1/4) with the last Todo highlighted as active with the rest inactive. This previously worked.
