Steps to Reproduce:

Open microsoft/vscode repo.
In Chat, tell Agent to output `./scripts/test.sh src/vs/editor/test/common/model.test.ts src/vs/editor/test/common/range.test.ts` in the response.
The response is: `.test.sh src/vs/editor/test/common/model.test.ts src/vs/editor/test/common/range.test.ts`. The /scripts/ part disappears.
