Description

Add BYOK settings to Group Policies.

Some users would like to use BYOK models on personal machines using the same Github Account as their organization provided Github license. Being able to have BYOK settings added to the group policies, we can limit the use of BYOK models on company machines while allowing those users to use custom agents at home as to not burn the organizations credits.
