[Copilot] Display info about tokens spent on the concrete tasks and on the whole session

Description

As VS Code switched from the per-request billing to the token-based month limits, it's crucial to see how much tokens does each task spend.

For now, I see only the number of credits that spend on a concrete task in the session, like this: GPT-5 mini • 1.3 credits and that's it!

But it's not enough! To optimize the expenses we need to know how many input, output and cached tokens was spend on the task, to have the understanding on what exactly tokens were spend.

And also, please display the summary for the whole session as a sum of all tasks, executed in this session.

So, could you please expose the token usage information and display for the users?
