Copilot Studio extension not visible from VSC extension blade

The Copilot Studio extension is not visible from the extensions blade.

We use to see the extension available as first option when searching for "Copilot Studio". One interesting thing is: if the Copilot Studio extension is already installed, I can see the extension available from the extensions blade if I search for it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the extensions blade.
2. Search for Copilot Studio extension. The extension won't be displayed.
