Drag-and-drop from remote -> desktop creates a file with remote file URI

Testing #321354

It is known that drag and drop from Remote to Native does not work but most of the rest of things should work

(While shared as not supported, thought i'd share regardless).

1. From a remote window, drag directly to desktop
2. Instead of being blocked, drag and drop is allowed
3. 🐛 an 'internet location' file is created

When I try to do DND from remote->finder it (correctly?) blocks the action from happening. I'd expect the same behavior here (block DND entirely from remote->desktop)
