Research direction
Reproduce the issue by sending a message in a new agent window session and immediately selecting “mark done,” then inspect the resulting history entry and session transitions. Trace the agent window and session lifecycle from the relevant entry points; done means the session opens normally from history and can be closed after being marked done.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
