Extension view: right bar doesn't scroll all the way down

Description

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: N/A

• VS Code Version: 1.123.0
• OS Version: macOS 26.5.1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the info page for any extension
2. Resize the window so that the right bar showing extension metadata needs a scroll bar
3. Observe that you can't scroll all the way down resulting in some information being invisible.
