Files changed via the copilot cli in terminal in another session pop up when a different session is selected

Description

Something interesting just happened, I had copilot running inside a terminal in a session and it was doing its thing, editing a SKILL.md file at one point. But it was in the background and I was focused in a different session. The edited SKILL.md diff from the background session popped up in my other session
