Can't submit feedback when using AH in Agents Window

Description
Based on https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/315061, it seems submitting feedback to an agent via AH should work.
I tried adding and submitting a comment:
However, I consistently get a response that the feedback is empty:
I can see the comment if I click on it in the chat output:
It sounded like @alexdima may have also noted this?
