Type: Bug

Any attempt I make to roll back to old settings is met with a Precondition Failed error(412.) It doesn't matter if I'm trying to roll back to settings, extensions, UI state, or anything else. This began happening yesterday and was not resolved by unsyncing locally, unsyncing completely, or reinstalling VSCode. It's happening across my Mac, Windows and Linux devices.
