Description

I would like the Copilot Inline Suggestions to have an optional configurable delay before requesting an inline suggestion generation after the user stops typing.
I thought the "Eagerness" setting would affect this, but it does not.

The suggestions are normally good if the task is easy - but if you're not sure yet about exactly what you want to do, suggestions pop up too soon, and often with irrelevant content, which gets very distracting.
I don't like using "Snooze" in this case, because I would still like to have shorter, one-line suggestions, but not too fast.

If I could set, for example, a 2 second delay after I stop typing before getting the suggestion, I feel it could fix the problem.
(also, possibly, making "Low" eagerness even less eager, like not adding more lines of code while typing just a single line? I haven't felt a difference between "High" and "Low" eagerness...)
