Can't multi-select (for compare) in open editors

Description

bug confirmation-pending open-editors

Type: Bug

  1. Open two files so that they are shown in the OPEN EDITORS pane
  2. Click one of the files
  3. Hold Ctrl and Right-Click the other file

Expected behaviour:

  • Both files are highlighted (selected) in the OPEN EDITORS pane
  • The context menu includes "Compare" option
  • Selecting "Compare" opens a comparison window showing the difference between the two files

Actual behaviour:

  • The second file is only briefly highlighted (selected)
  • The Context menu only has the "Compare with Selected" and "Select for Compare" options.
