Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

  • VS Code Version: 1.122.1
  • OS Version: Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Update to 1.122.1 in remote development , ssh to remote host
  2. Try to open terminal

Update to 1.122.1
Terminal Stopped working in remote development mode.
Could still connect to remote host and see files, but terminal would not spawn. Saw warning on lower left regarding pty-host disconnect.

Tried reload, restart windows, no impact

Downgrade to 1.121 Restores function immediately
