VS Code Version: 1.121.0 (but also happened previously)
OS Version: Windows 10 + Windows 11 - likely not relevant

As someone who does not like nor use AI features i use "chat.disableAIFeatures": true to disable them (glad to have this option btw!). However, it's now the second time that after updating vscode, I saw AI-related UI elements and when checking my user config json, this setting was no longer there.
