Agents App: Allow me to check for updates from the Agents App

Description

Currently you're able to check for VSCode updates from the normal VSCode app, but you're not able to check for updates from the new Agents App.

The Agents App does at least show when there is an update as can be seen by the Blue Update button:

But there is no way to manually check for updates in the Agents App, I have to switch back to the normal VSCode in order to check for updates which is stupid. We should be able to check in both.
