Description

Description

VS Code Dev Containers section says ...

If you already have VS Code and Docker installed, you can click the badge above or here to get started.

However, I can't start the dev container when I clicked here link.

In addition, Dev Containers Open also doesn't work.

On the other hand, these links were available a year ago.
Why do they redirect to dev containers page?

Research direction

Review the VS Code Dev Containers section, the Dev Containers Open badge, and the linked vscode.dev redirect URL. Reproduce the links with VS Code and Docker installed, then identify the link or configuration change needed so both links open the sample in a dev container rather than redirecting to the Dev Containers page.
