Description
While over SSH, configured dotfiles are applied to the devcontainer, but not reflected in settings UI.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Configure dotfiles in user settings
- Open devcontainer over remote SSH
- Dotfiles are applied, but from settings it looks like they are not configured
