iPAD Safari stuck rendering Jupyter Notebook

Description
- VSCode Version: Insiders 1.88
- Local OS Version: Windows 11 WSL running Ubuntu 22.04
- Remote OS Version: iPAD Safari
- Remote Extension/Connection Type: WSL (latest) Ubuntu service running serve-web
I can establish a connection to Ubuntu WSL 2 running code-insiders with serve-web from a local machine browser and can open a Jupyter notebook file successfully. When I attempt to connect with my iPAD I can connect successfully, but I get stuck at opening the jupyter notebook. I can select a Python Env, but the notebook file is never rendered. There is a blue progress bar that continuously moves across the editor screen below the tab with the jupyter ipynb file name.
