Description

Testing #8891

  1. Go through install flow via Dev Containers extension on a Dev Box
  2. Rerun initial command (New Dev Container)
  3. 🐛 I am prompted to install Docker again, accept
  4. Rerun initial command
  5. 🐛 I get a modal saying that Docker is not running
