Description

Docker compose supports setting the project name as an attribute in the compose file https://docs.docker.com/compose/compose-file/04-version-and-name/

This is not respected in dev containers. The only way to set the project name (and according to the docs) is through the COMPOSE_PROJECT_NAME environment variable.
