Description
Currently, the remote-explorer extension calls the get folders method from the remote-ssh extension numerous times per folder. Since the cache is no longer being used due to: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-remote-release/issues/8100, the calls should be updated to be more efficient. In relation to comments on: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-remote-ssh/pull/299
