Description
Being able to provision remote dev containers on Amazon ECS Fargate clusters would greatly streamline working with isolated environments in the AWS cloud. ECS Fargate allows running containers in a fully managed compute environment much like Azure Container Instances.
Similar request to #88 but for Amazon ECS.

Research direction
No implementation files or tests are named. Start by reviewing the existing Docker-based remote container support in this repository and the related request in issue #88, then identify the entry points for provisioning remote environments. Done would mean remote dev containers can be provisioned on Amazon ECS Fargate clusters.
