Issue Type: Bug
I normally have open remote ssh connections running and sometimes I leave files with unsaved changes when I sleep my computer for the day. The next day, Code tells me I need to reload to reconnect, and everything normally works fine.
This time I spaced out and mis-clicked Cancel instead of Reconnect. There was no way to attempt reconnection after that point, aside from closing that window and reconnecting. The menu options presented after clicking the SSH Remote taskbar item did not appear to do anything useful.
Can we get an on-demand reconnect option, in addition to the automatic reconnect mechanism?
