Description
It seems the setting remote.SSH.defaultExtensions automatically applies to all VS Code profiles and can't be changed for different profiles. It would be nice if we could change this setting for individual profiles.

Research direction
Start by tracing how the remote.SSH.defaultExtensions setting is defined and applied, then compare it with settings that already vary by VS Code profile. Confirm how profile-specific values reach the SSH extension; done means different profiles can configure different default extensions and each profile applies its own value.
