Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open VSCode
  2. Build docker container for project
  3. Go to Containers section of VSCode
  4. See "Error:(0 , s.isNullOrUndefined) is not a function" under Containers and Images.
  5. Clicking on the Settings (gear icon) in that view also alerts that same error.
