Description
It appears from the links on the page below that Remote Explorer is managed under the umbrella of the Remote Development Extension Pack. The project details link, existing issues link, etc, all point to this repo where I am submitting the issue.

However, the Remote Development Extension pack page itself does not list Remote Explorer as one of the four extensions which make up the extension pack.

Is it possible to get it documented as a 5th item in the extension pack? This would be helpful for companies which go thru an approval process for VS code extensions. If Remote Explorer were listed as part of the extension pack, then it would be more easily available to users under their existing approvals.
