Remote.SSH: Config File setting in VS Code wipes out intermittently

• I have read and performed the troubleshooting steps
• I have tried both values of the remote.SSH.useLocalServer setting
• My issue was not covered in the Tips and Tricks linked from the Troubleshooting Wiki.
• I will include a complete copy of my Remote - SSH logs by running Remote-SSH: Show Log in the command palette or from View > Output in the menu bar

In step 2 of the troubleshooting wiki, what was the result of running the generated SSH command verbatim outside of VS Code?

Expected Behavior

Remote.SSH: Config File setting which points to a file is expected to stay intact.

Actual Behavior

Remote.SSH: Config File setting which points to a file is getting wiped out intermittently.

Steps To Reproduce

We are unable to reproduce this issue at this moment but recently we noticed it with one of the users after an hour when extension got updated.

Anything else?

Start with the supplied Remote-SSH log and the Remote.SSH: Config File setting, then investigate whether the setting is cleared after the extension updates. Reproduce the intermittent behavior if possible; done means a configured file path remains intact across extension updates and normal use.
