Description
For now SSH remote recent folders description is useless (same as folder name)
In .vscode\extensions\ms-vscode.remote-explorer-0.4.3\dist\node\extension.js simply change :
return t.description = n.split(/[\\/]/g).pop()
to :
return t.description = `(${n.split('/').filter(Boolean).slice(-2, -1)})`
