Description

  • VSCode Version: 1.96.4
  • Local OS Version: MacOS Sequoia 15.2
  • Remote OS Version: N/A
  • Remote Extension/Connection Type: Dev Containers/WSL/Remote - Tunnels/VS Code Server
  • Logs:
    [2025-02-03 02:42:13] info Successfully registered service...
    [2025-02-03 02:42:13] error failed to run command "launchctl start com.visualstudio.code.tunnel" (code 3):

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. enter code tunnel service install
  2. shows the above log
    (does not matter whether the machine is with Intel x86 or M-series ARM chip)

Does this issue occur when you try this locally and all extensions are disabled?: N/A
