Description

I am attempting to add a mount in the devcontainer.json for my AWS CLI configurations as follows:

"mounts": [
    "source=${localEnv:HOME}${localEnv:USERPROFILE}/.aws,target=/.aws,type=bind"
]

My goal is to make this configuration work across all platforms. On Windows, when cloning into a volume, the USERPROFILE value appears in the format C:\Users\user. However, for the mount to work correctly, USERPROFILE should be in the format /mnt/c/Users/user.

Since I'm not certain whether this issue is a bug or a configuration limitation, could anyone suggest approaches or workarounds to use the right path?
