Description
sometimes ppl also want to debug the code of the imported library for one or two quick issues, so it is probably a frequent feature and it would be cool since changing the settings from .json is hard to do.
also, if the user opened just a python file instead of a folder, the debugger panel doesn't show create a launch.json but `select a folder.
for small projects, there may be no folder at all.
