Description

When I checked out the PR again, it first updated the old multidiff editor (correctly) before closing it and then opened a new one (showing the updated diff). This works, but seems unnecessarily noisy when the update for the old multidiff editor works correctly. (In my case only the right side had to update.) I'll open a new issue for consideration.
