Description

I'd be nice if we could open deployments right from vscode. The design would be very similar to how the PR checks are shown:

Pretty useful if you have preview deployments, E2E test result reports (w/ playwright for example), coverage reports, etc

Instead of "Details" it'd be "Open", and the status, icon and name are pretty much the same thing for deployments:
