Description
Testing https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-pull-request-github/issues/6863.
On the latest pre-release on Insiders, Windows 11.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open PRs view.
- Click through entries.
- 🐛 The table of contents occasionally seems to highlight an earlier entry.
This issue does not seem to occur for the Issues view.
