Issue Type: Feature Request
I'm finding it hard to make sense how big a PR is when just looking at it from the extension. It would be nice to see how many lines have changed. A total somewhere and also per file would be nice. Just a simple green + and red - with numbers next to it in the file view.

Maybe this is already available for the whole PR and I'm just blind...
