Description
Describe the bug
I recently got a new tenant/subscription, and it doesnt seem to be able to select it. I see the red subscription error, and then when I open the subscription picker, I can't find my subscription. That means that my "tenant" dropdown is empty, and I can't select any tenant at all.
To Reproduce
- Create new server connection
- Select "Browse Azure" or "Parameters"
- See error
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to select my subscription and then tenant

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the connection flow in VS Code 1.101.2 using “Browse Azure” or “Parameters,” then review the extension logs linked in the issue alongside the screenshots. Done means a new Azure subscription appears in the picker and a tenant can be selected.
