Description
It would be very useful to be able to view the results in transpose form - i.e. with columns on the vertical axis and rows horizontally.
Viewing results in transpose form often allows you to see a whole result at once which can be very useful to understand the data. For tables with many columns (or long text in some columns) viewing results normally means you can only see a few columns at a time and have to scroll horizontally.

Research direction
Start by locating the PostgreSQL extension's query-result view and the result-grid entry point. Define the transpose interaction and verify that a result can show columns vertically and rows horizontally, including long or wide values, without losing access to the full result.
