pgsql: PostgreSQL Tools Service component could not start on Dev Container

Describe the bug

Once I installed the extension from the first time, I get the error: pgsql: PostgreSQL Tools Service component could not start. and the connection settings never get available

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a dev container
2. Install the extension
3. Click on the Postgres icon
4. See error (ending loading)

Expected behavior

See the option to enter the database user, pass, port and database name
