Description
### Feature Description
It would be great if mssql supported viewing the query results in SandDance in the same manner that ADS could. The SandDance devs seem amenable to the idea, per [Issue 745@SandDance](https://github.com/microsoft/SandDance/issues/745).
### Problem and Motivation
SandDance was the best and easiest visualization tool for query results in Azure Data Studio. I find I miss it in VSCode.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the query results panel integration and SandDance issue 745; done means query results can be viewed in SandDance in the VS Code extension as they were in Azure Data Studio.
