Description
When I dabble in makefile editing I'm always forgetting what the automatic variables mean (i.e. $^, $<, etc) . It would be great if this plugin would allow me to hover over the variable and give me some kind of description of what it meant and potential evaluate it if possible.
These are the ones I'm talking about: https://www.gnu.org/software/make/manual/html_node/Automatic-Variables.html

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the Makefile Tools hover implementation and reviewing GNU Make's Automatic Variables documentation; done means automatic variables such as $^ and $< provide useful hover descriptions and evaluation support where feasible.
