Description
There doesn't seem to be a launch.json for this extension, just a "makefile.launchConfigurations" section in .vscode/settings.json. I tried adding a natvis file there a la "visualizerFile": "D:\\src\\natvis.xml", but it didn't see to work. Please correct me if I'm wrong, otherwise, feature request please. Thanks!

Research direction
Start by examining the extension's handling of .vscode/settings.json, especially the makefile.launchConfigurations section; the issue notes that no launch.json is provided. Determine how a visualizerFile Natvis path should be accepted and verify that the configured file is recognized by the Makefile Tools workflow.
