Description
We have 2 bottom right popups: when building after a failed save and when launching after the build failed. Particularly the last one, can happen often and be annoying. We can follow the VS model to add an "always" check to that popup so that it doesn't show.

Research direction
Start by locating the handlers for the two bottom-right popups shown after a failed save/build and compare their behavior with the VS model mentioned in the issue. Done means the relevant "continue anyway" popup offers an "always" choice and can avoid showing again when selected.
