Feature request (see comments in https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-makefile-tools/issues/87).
"Would it be possible to add something like ${command:makefile.makefileDefines[xxx]} with an array of all defines detected by your extension - So I could do ${command:makefile.makefileDefines[DEVICE]} which would expand to EFM32G890F128."
