Description

The most urgent reason for tasks support is the ability to build before debug/run when launch.json is used.
Implementing this will make the commands makefile.launchTargetPath and makefile.launchTargetFileName not useful anymore and we will be able to remove them.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the extension's VS Code task integration and how launch.json invokes build, debug, and run commands. Confirm how makefile.launchTargetPath and makefile.launchTargetFileName are used; done means tasks support builds before debug/run and those settings can be removed.
