Description

Since it's the default setting I've been using it ever since I installed the extension. but today when I opened vscode it wasn't working anymore. the only thing I did was install a theme extension. I've tried uninstalling and disabling things but it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure in VS Code with the Live Preview extension's “auto refresh on all changes in editor” setting enabled, including after installing a theme extension. Compare behavior with extensions disabled and document the conditions that restore or prevent automatic refresh; done means the setting reliably refreshes the preview after editor changes.
